These containers are well suited for specialized applications, particularly where protecting high value expensive content, product purity or minimizing content contamination is important. The non sparking, non magnetic steel characteristics also allow you to use these containers for explosive, flammable materials, as well as highly corrosive materials. Open Head & Tight Head Pails & Buckets Covers & Closures Open Head Pail covers come with a closed cell gray silicon gasket and can be secured to the pail by a side latch ring closure. Tight Head Pail closures are available in 2'' and 3/4'' National Pipe Thread. All fittings are mechanically inserted, not welded, and have white neoprene gaskets to seal the threaded openings and screw in plugs. Plugs are standard industry issue and easily replaceable. A stainless steel handle is spot welded to the tight head top for portability. |
